Turning ideas into powerful visual stories
I'm Pasan Rasantha Chandrasekera, a Sri Lankan commercial film director and visual storyteller. For more than a decade I've worked across commercial production, cinematography, television, post-production and creative development, with key roles at Wide Angle Productions and Sky Films International before leading productions at Creativity LAB LK.
I hold a B.Tech in Film and Television Production Technology from the University of Vocational Technology, graduating Second Class Upper as top of my batch, and I teach colour grading as a visiting lecturer at University College Rathmalana.
I believe a successful commercial is more than an advertisement. It's a crafted visual experience that connects a brand with its audience through emotion, story and cinematic language, carried from the first idea to the final frame.
